About Edsel Edralin

With over 12 years of experience in the corporate training industry, I’ve built my career helping business professionals grow through well-organized and meaningful learning programs in advancing their careers. Currently, I work as a Senior Coordinator at a training company here in Tokyo, where I take the lead in managing training operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and trainers. Since April 2025, I’ve also taken on a new challenge as part of our internal IT support team, focusing mainly on hardware support for our online training programs as well as giving support to our Operations Department. This allows me to combine my coordination experience with my growing passion for IT. I recently completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, and I’m excited to continue learning and exploring opportunities in this area. In my daily work, I enjoy being the bridge between teams—whether I’m guiding clients through the preparation process, supporting trainers with materials and logistics, or troubleshooting equipment to keep things running smoothly. I also like to keep looking for small ways to improve our processes and make everyone's work easier as we go along everyday. I'm now looking forward to new opportunities where I can use both my training operations background and my IT knowledge to contribute to something meaningful.
