I am currently seeking a Sr. Contract Management position. With over 37 years of progressive experience in U.S. Government procurement/Contracts/Grants—most notably with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)—I bring a deep understanding of acquisition strategy, federal procurement regulations, Grants and Cooperative agreements and cross-functional leadership on both domestic and international platforms. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex, multi-billion-dollar procurement programs, lead high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with FAR, AIDAR, DFAR, CFRs, OPM circulars and other regulatory frameworks. Most recently, I served as the Division Chief and Contracting Officer for USAID’s Global Health Supply Chain, where I oversaw a $16 billion portfolio supporting global health and PEPFAR initiatives. My work has taken me to diverse operational contexts—including Egypt, Jordan, Nigeria, Ukraine, Moldova and Thailand—where I led acquisition strategy, contract negotiations, and compliance efforts across sectors such as health, education, agriculture, and governance. I am a FAI FAC-C Level certified, Unlimited Warrant Holder and hold an active Top Secret security clearance. I am also fluent in five languages and adept at navigating multicultural and multilingual environments to support U.S. foreign assistance objectives efficiently and effectively.
