As a Facilities Maintenance Manager at MFO - Multinational Force & Observers, I oversee the installation, refurbishment, and repair of various facilities across the camp, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. I have over nine years of experience in construction and civil engineering, both in the UK and abroad, and I hold a Higher Professional Diploma, a Higher National Diploma, and an IOSH certificate in health and safety. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the camp residents and staff, as well as the environmental and operational requirements of the organization. I have successfully managed the project of installing new waste water treatment and reverse osmosis plants, as well as maintaining the laundry and catering steam pipe supply lines and boiler house. I have also supervised emergency repair work, reviewed re-modelling plans, and evaluated staff performance. I enjoy working with and mentoring a diverse team of facilities craftsmen, and I am always ready to provide 24-hour on-call service when needed.
