About Edward David

I wear several hats at the University of Oxford, dedicating my energy to private and public partnerships that do good in society. As a research fellow, I use insights from psychology and the humanities to help businesses transform how they train leaders and build thriving corporate cultures. In addition, I write in the growing field of law and religion, having published in top academic journals, including the Oxford Journal of Law and Religion and the Journal of Church and State. I have also published a monograph on the religious liberty of organisations, which has received positive reviews in academic journals across disciplines.Complementing my research post, I serve as an academic consultant for the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses UK programme, which has helped over 2,200 entrepreneurs reach their leadership potential, increase local employment, and drive economic growth. My module on sales and marketing for the Goldman Sachs Women programme on Coursera has been taken by tens of thousands of small business owners from around the world, and has been translated into French, Hindi, Portuguese and Spanish.
