I have regularly been given the responsibility to start new projects from scratch, mostly with tight deadlines and budgets. I have worked at 2 Forbes 500 companies in the USA where the project involved the building of new facilities and hiring and training of new staff, organizing conferences and events from venue fire to managing present4rs and presentations. During the course of my working life, I have extensive experience of organizing training events. liaising with clients, organizing coaches, research, working alone as well as in a team, taking responsibility for tasks that have been passed to me. These tasks involved constant communication via reports, meetings, presentations and one-to-one briefings. I also have extensive broadcast experience in television and radio, and live performance theatre.
