About Edwin Banarjee

I am an Assistant Professor and Program Head for Business Administration at Southland College, a dynamic and progressive institution that offers quality and affordable education in the southern negros occidental, Philippines. I have over 14 years of combined industry and academic experience in business education, innovation, and leadership. I am also a PhD candidate in Business Management at the University of St. La Salle, where I am developing a predictive model of successful entrepreneurs in Negros Occidental, Philippines. In my current role, I lead and implement various initiatives to enhance the quality and relevance of the business administration program, such as developing a comprehensive ON JOB TRAINING Manual, improving the curriculum for online and hybrid learning, and leading the accreditation process. I also contribute to the strategic marketing of the institution by applying blue ocean strategies and creating a customer relationship management database system. Furthermore, I teach and mentor students in various subjects related to marketing, management, and information technology, and empower them to pursue their career goals. My passion for business education and innovation is driven by my vision to create positive social and economic impact in my community and beyond.
