Divorce is a disruptive 'life event' for almost everyone. It can turn your world upside down. It leads to a tangle of feelings such as anger, resentment, guilt, grief, sadness, confusion, and loneliness. It's like the ground is falling away beneath your feet. There's a lot that needs to be arranged, but you don't have the energy or motivation for it. Let alone for work, fatherhood, or a new partner. I've experienced this myself. I became isolated and was only focused on survival. I was in a negative spiral and eventually had to admit that I couldn't get out of it on my own. With the help of a psychologist and a coach, I got my life back on track. Everything I've learned through experience and my education, I've poured into a clear methodology with which I guide single fathers from survival to "balanced fatherhood" and peace.
