I have an experience of 11.5 years in Clinical data management by initially working for 2.5 years in Cognizant Technology Solutions, 6.3 years in IQVIA and currently working with Parexel. I am involved in expertly gathering and analyzing data for highly confidential clinical trials. Proficient in defining and understanding protocols for clinical studies and handling trial responsibility throughout the data-management life cycle. I have hands-on working experience in Oracle Clinical, Inform, and Medidata Rave database to handle Discrepancies, performing User Acceptance testing (UAT) based on Edit check Specification Document, Non eCRF Reconciliation,Quality review, Dataset and Sas check Validation. Through my knowledge and expertise, I mentor and train the team on the process of data management. One of my major interest is to constantly upgrade my skills in resource management and lead the team by motivating them to provide an errorless and high quality data to the client. I love calling myself an amature painter and enjoy reading both fiction and non fiction books. And lastly I am a firm believer of "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
