Learned the hard way that the most creative ideas are 98% perspiration and 2% inspiration at The Ching Chong Group. Honed his presentation skills when he pitched his digital startup to a room of venture capitalists while at Oh Lucky Me Pte Ltd & And got his hands dirty building a bar and bistro from the ground up in Kuala Lumpur with Just Happening Entertainment Sdn Bhd. Returning to Singapore, Eldon put his experience to good use with Sarment, Asia's fastest growing wine company where he succeeded in building Sarment's brand name and partnered with numerous luxury brands to host incredible events.
