About Eleanor Box

I am passionate about people having the opportunity to reach their full potential and have a positive impact within the community they live in. I have a wide range of skills and my experience has seen me develop considerably as an individual. Time spent working with extremely vulnerable people means I am able to relate to people from all backgrounds with a wealth of different life experiences and needs. The key to my success is that I take the time to invest in people, to really listen to what they are saying and to ask relevant questions to better understand their situation and how to move forward. Being a highly motivated person, I work hard and manage my own workload often working flexibly to cover the responsibilities within my job role. I have shown commitment to my team and customers and mentored them to be the best they can be, looking at their development areas and playing to their strengths. I have undertaken a wide variety of training and learning and every day I strive to develop new skills, setting new challenges for myself and I love that no two days are the same. I adapt to change well and I’m a resilient person, always striving to build good relationships and to be a positive role model.
