About Eleonora de Florio

More than 10 years of experience in Oil & Energy business in a multinational environment, with assignments, in the last years, at national and international level focus mainly in Sustainability Projects for low carbon products/solutions development. I have developed ability in working on KPI definitions, focusing on scope 1-2-3 emissions, sustainable indicators and LCA with subsequent stewardship process to share with senior management. Project management skills (PMO) thanks also to the strong field experience in introducing alternative fuels in Europe from multiple feedstocks. Deep knowledge in alternative/lower emissions fuels (mainly for road, heavy truck included, and aviation): HVO, SAF, Ethanol, H2. Working in stimulating and multi-cultural environment, I have enhanced my analytical and planning skills as well as the ability to work effectively with others and to coordinate teams, across multiple functions, to achieve final objectives; as a team coordinator I have often worked with local and international senior management. I have a collaborative and inclusive attitude and I practice relentlessly co-operation between interdisciplinary teams leveraging robust influencing skills. I have been in the EY team as consultant for Ministry of Environment and Energy Security on National Recovery and Resilience Plan projects. I am currently working in Eni in the Industrial Transformation Project Management team.
