I am a Product and Platform Policy Specialist with deep expertise in the technology, social media, and e-commerce sectors. My career has centered on designing and operationalizing digital policy frameworks that enhance platform governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with evolving ethical and societal standards.Currently, I serve as Policy Specialist at Wallapop, Spain’s leading second-hand marketplace, where I lead initiatives on product and behavior policy, moderation standards, and regulatory alignment under the Digital Services Act (DSA), AI Act, and other EU frameworks. I manage cross-functional efforts to mitigate fraud, enhance user trust and safety, and interface with law enforcement and regulators. I’ve played a central role in developing internal policy structures, compliance strategies, and risk matrices that align with global best practices across IP, consumer protection, health, and illegal goods regulation.Prior to this, I worked at Twitter (now X) as a Legal Policy Associate, focusing on content governance, legal removals, and the global implementation of trust and safety policies across high-risk markets. My exposure to takedown requests, crisis response, and platform accountability at scale provided foundational insights into the complexities of global content regulation.My academic foundation includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in ICT, Social Media, and Intellectual Property Law and an Executive Certificate in AI & New Technologies Law and Policy (IE University). These studies sharpened my ability to navigate cutting-edge topics such as algorithmic governance, data protection, platform liability, and digital market regulation.Throughout my career, I have approached policy not only as a compliance tool but as a strategic driver of responsible product development.
