My work focuses on supporting high-performance teams, managing complex (educational) leadership programs, and producing impactful media content. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with partners across the Netherlands, Brazil, China, the USA, Italy, South Africa, and Namibia, building a strong global network. One of my greatest strengths is building meaningful relationships and leveraging the unique qualities of individuals to foster productive and cohesive teams. I have a passion for continuous learning and thrive on applying new knowledge to dynamic environments and projects, ensuring consistent growth and improvement. I have a strong sense of responsibility and my commitment to getting things done the right way. I’m highly goal-oriented, driven by persistence, and fueled by hard work and stamina. I love starting new initiatives and working strategically to achieve successful outcomes. By sorting through complexities, identifying patterns, and overcoming obstacles, I am able to chart effective paths forward, even in challenging situations.
