I’m a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (AMCA) with a diverse background in patient care, veterinary medicine, customer service, and nonprofit work. From helping patients in their homes as a Home Health Aide to performing venipuncture and caring for critically ill animals in a high-stakes veterinary environment, I bring compassion, precision, and calm under pressure to every role I take on. My career path has always centered around care—whether for people or animals—and I’m passionate about working in mission-driven spaces that make a real difference in people’s lives. I've worked in both clinical and client-facing roles, and I’m comfortable bridging the gap between quality care and excellent communication. In addition to my clinical background, I bring over a decade of customer service experience (including at USAA), which has made me highly adaptable, empathetic, and efficient in fast-paced settings. I’m especially drawn to organizations like Planned Parenthood and Octapharma Plasma because of their deep commitment to community health, equity, and impact.
