About Ellen Cleary

In college, I may have learned the pursuit of knowledge, personal growth, or skill development, but nowhere along the way did they say,"you should pursue sales." Like most people in my career path, I really just fell into it. My journey began as a recruiter, and my passion for leadership and training led me to exciting roles where I've guided teams of over 60 individuals, and built internal programs to grow various organizations. Working with Fortune 100 companies during their digital transformations has been an incredible experience. I believe in the power of personal values and goals to drive lasting behavioral change. Through the years, I have developed skills to empower and drive sales and recruiting professionals alike, and learned valuable lessons along the way. These lessons include things like: people buy from people, people need a reason to change, and you can't sell to someone who can't buy.(Thank you, ValueSelling) The ValueSelling Methodology has impacted and transformed my entire career, as I was introduced to it at a young age. Now I have the opportunity to teach sales and staffing professionals the ValueSelling Framework™, to impact their careers equally. For me, it has been the opportunity of a lifetime, and my hope is that it will impact others the same way.
