About Ellen Fulton

My mission is to elevate the conversations people are having in the world to support an increased consciousness for coaches, leaders, and organizations. I challenge clients to do their own inner work with the understanding that an individual’s success is directly proportional to their self-awareness. I support clients to build a robust perspective and equip them to take actions to achieve results. Coach or leader: clarifying strengths and values, uncovering blind spots, exploring biases and focus, and embodying effective communication will positively impact your success. As a Master Certified leadership coach, I have extensive experience working with executives in government, corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and universities across 5 continents. I have worked with of individuals and teams at all levels of leadership to include C-Suite, SES, VP, mid-level managers, and individual contributors. Fueled by my extensive coaching experience, I am a passionate leader within the coaching field working to build and enhance the skills of coaches globally. My newest program, Conversations2Mastery, supports Professional Coaches working to become Master Certified Coaches. As Associate Faculty at George Mason University (GMU), I have stepped up to create and lead a number of outstanding educational opportunities in leadership development and coach education. I served as Co-Director for the Advanced Coaching Program and the Director of the Mason Institute for Leadership Excellence. Currently, I am the MCC Director of Training for GMU's professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being. Educated as a coach at Georgetown University, and supported by my 2 degrees in counseling, I hold my Master Coaching Certification through the ICF. I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and I am a boater and Master Diver. A fun future endeavor I dream about is to combine coaching and scuba in a program called “Beyond the Sea Suite: An Executive Deep Dive”.
