About Elliott Herbert

I thrive in the fast-paced world of semiconductor sales. As a Client Engagement Manager at Microchip Technology, I lead strategic, relationship-driven engagements that drive multi-million-dollar deals and long-term customer success.I was part of the inaugural class of Microchip’s Client Engagement New College Graduate (NCG) Program, where I developed a strong foundation in technical selling, adaptability, and client engagement early in my career. Earning my MBA further strengthened my ability to think strategically, analyze financial documents, and solve complex business problems, skills I apply daily in customer facing roles.Outside of work, my background as a competitive chess instructor and martial arts black belt instilled discipline, focus, and strategic thinking from a young age. Studying abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico deepened my appreciation for meaningful relationships and the value of diverse perspectives. These experiences shape how I build trust and connect authentically with clients and colleagues.I am proactive, intellectually curious, and motivated by the challenge of helping my clients reach their goals.
