About Ellis Devonish

I am an enthusiastic person always taking pride in my work. I suffer from dyslexia but I have never let this define me or slow down my personal growth. I recently completed a Video Games Production Management course. During this course, I had the pleasure of being an inter producer at Spilt Milk Studios Ltd. Whilst at Spilt Milk I showed that you don't need a background in video games to make a difference in the industry. I manage to impress the team and integrated nicely, proving the value gained from someone with a different outlook and transferable skills. I owe Spilt Milk Studios Ltd a huge thanks for giving me a chance to prove to myself and others that I belong in this industry. Video games have always been a passion of mine. When I was younger I decided to choose a career path that I thought was safe, one that I could always fall back. After gaining many years of work experience and obtaining what seems like an endless list of transferable skills, I concluded that pursuing my passion is far more important than settling for any old job.
