Hello All, Recently I have moved into a manager role but before Pembroke Business Park I mostly worked in call centers environments. Ranging from tech support for Best Buy Geek Squad, Account Manager for the Medicare Savings Program for Social Service Coordinators and being an Account Manager for top tier accounts for The Channel Company/EIMS. During my time with TCC/EIMS I have gained tons of experience in managing accounts, multi tasking from inbound, outbound calls and managing email communications. Also taking the time to educate myself not just with product knowledge but the IT field my accounts managed in. Ranging from Hard Drives, Networking Hardware, Software Sales and APC Hardware. I have always enjoyed the IT world and learned a lot about the Sales Channel - re-sellers, manufacturers and distributors. During my time at TCC/EIMS I worked very close with IT manufactures and the Sales Channel. My work details at Diversified Administration COBRA Advocate: Assisted with Administrating COBRA benefits for our clients. Answering clients concerns on COBRA procedures and benefits. Correcting COBRA forms with clients and customers. Following up with Healthcare providers that our clients COBRA forms have been updated and processed. Client Advocate: Completing ongoing tasks and maintaining our database. On a daily basis I'm working on collecting data on our prospect and client contacts. Proof reading our marketing materials that range from presentations, brochures and email campaigns. Maintaining and collecting information for our CRM account.
