About Emil Paul

I’ve worked my way up the ropes of the music industry—starting as an intern making coffee in a small independent recording studio, then stepping into roles as a backing vocalist, recording engineer, and now, A&R Manager. This journey has given me hands-on experience in nearly every corner of the industry—from songwriting and sound engineering to PR, social media management, photography, graphic design, distribution, and playlist sampling. My foundation in songwriting remains one of my strongest tools. In just one year of writing for other artists, I’ve earned three #1 singles—each one rooted in authentic storytelling, emotional impact, and a deep understanding of what resonates with audiences. Whether it’s a heartfelt ballad or a high-energy pop anthem, I focus on crafting songs that connect. Now, as an A&R professional, I bring a creative-first approach to artist development, grounded in both industry insight and lived experience. I work closely with talent to shape their sonic identity, refine their message, and build a world around their music that audiences can step into.
