Deep knowledge of Management Accounting thanks to a solid experience through Finance departments in multinational companies. I like to take opportunities and challenges and listening to constructive feedback as ways to improve myself, so to raise the bar and upgrade my team’s and mine professional background at a time. I have a strong sense of duty and I am constantly focused on the Company’s goals, leveraging on my team and across the organization (vertical and horizontal leadership). I always act with courage and candor, proactively looking for opportunities (there is always at least one!) and always walking the talk. After each victory, Enzo Ferrari, a famous entrepreneur, used to comment “The next will be the best one”. I try to make this sentence my own.
