I’m a purpose-driven nonprofit leader with 20+ years of experience advancing mission-aligned fundraising, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth. I currently lead a $5.7M+ annual philanthropic strategy as Executive Director of ONE, supporting equitable public education across six schools. Previously, I served as Interim Chief Development Officer at Special Olympics Northern California & Nevada, where I led a 10-person team through a pivotal transition and secured major gifts and corporate support. At the heart of my work is a commitment to relationship-building, bringing people and ideas together to design solutions that create lasting change. Whether mentoring a team, facilitating partnerships, or advising on program strategy, I lead with curiosity, collaboration, and care. Throughout my career, I've aligned donor passion with high-impact initiatives, led multi-stakeholder efforts, designed grant programs, and advised on strategic funding allocations.
