About Emily Bailey

I hold a Master’s in Education with a focus on andragogy and supporting adults with disabilities. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to accessibility, equity, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in post-secondary education. I bring hands-on experience working with adult learners with cognitive, physical, and mental health disabilities, supporting their success through accessible curriculum and inclusive learning environments. I’ve contributed to accessibility and academic initiatives at both Western University and Fanshawe College, with a deep understanding of AODA standards and a passion for meaningful, student-centered change in higher education. I’m driven by the belief that accessibility is foundational to good pedagogy—and I’m always seeking opportunities to collaborate, educate, and lead in spaces that support inclusive teaching and learning.
