About Emily Deller

As the Assistant Director of Housing at Fisher College, I oversee the daily operations and administration of the residential life program, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and inclusive living environment for students. I also collaborate with the Director of Housing and other campus partners to plan and implement various initiatives and events that promote student engagement, retention, and success. Before this role, I served as a Graduate Assistant Resident Director for nine months, where I supervised and trained a team of resident assistants, mediated conflicts, and enforced policies. In addition to my work experience, I am a dedicated and motivated student of management, pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Fisher College, where I graduated as the valedictorian of my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management program. I have a strong interest in summer camp management, and I have developed relevant skills in writing, self-management, and adaptability through my academic and professional endeavors. I have also demonstrated my writing skill by tutoring other students in assignments and essays, with a focus on writing structure, grammar, and research skills. My e-Portfolio showcases some of my projects and achievements, as well as my values and goals. e-Portfolio: https://emilydeller.wixsite.com/eportfolio
