We’re living through a once-in-a-generation shift in how we work. With the rise of AI, remote and hybrid models, economic pressures, and global crises, the rulebook is being rewritten in real time. It’s a moment full of uncertainty - but also one packed with possibility. Because what makes us uniquely human - our ability to connect, solve complex problems, and collaborate creatively - is exactly what’s needed right now. And when people thrive, their organisations do too. My work focuses on helping organisations and individuals navigate these challenges. As Founder and CEO of Mischief Makers, I work with forward-thinking leaders at organisations like Netflix, Nike, Greenpeace, World Bank, London Business School, and the UAE Government that understand the ROI of human connection and want to scale their culture intentionally. We transform how they work together so both their people and profits thrive. I'm also Founder and Board Member of the nonprofit Routes In, where we connect young creatives with mentorship and industry knowledge to democratise access to creative careers. I'm a keynote speaker on human-centred organisational design, panellist and host, and ADHD/dyslexia advocate. As a self-made, neurodivergent woman in business from a working-class background, inclusion and accessibility have been woven into my journey from the start. This lived experience, combined with energy and optimism, allows me to create spaces where everyone is welcome and empowered to contribute.
