I acquired a First Class Bachelors Degree with Honours in Film Studies from the University of the West of England, where I explored various aspects of film production, distribution, analysis, and history. I am currently employed as the Client Experience Coordinator for Dipchand LLP, where I provide exceptional customer service and solutions to large-scale and VIP clients. I have developed core competencies in communication, problem-solving, and administration, as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy. In my previous role as a Major Corporate Claims Representative at WPA Health Insurance, I also handled complex and high-value claims and inquiries from corporate customers and partners, demonstrating my ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results. I have also gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Store Manager at Costa Coffee, where I managed all aspects of the store operations, staff training and onboarding, and customer satisfaction. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. I am enormously passionate about the sports, film, television and media industries and their potential to inspire, educate, and entertain people from many backgrounds and cultures.
