I am a People & Culture professional with experience across HR compliance, people operations, and recruitment. I currently work in a HR compliance role supporting the Asia Pacific region, with additional coverage in the United States. In this role, I lead and manage compliance programs, ensuring our policies, processes, and controls meet evolving legislative and regulatory requirements.While compliance is always front of mind, my background in people operations has shaped a practical and solutions focused approach, one that balances risk management with operational reality and enables teams to execute with confidence.Across 5+ years in insurance, not-for-profit, and tech, I have thrived in fast paced, constantly evolving environments and gained broad exposure in a short period of time. Growing up working in customer service and in a small family business gave me early insight into how people feel, engage, and show up. It’s what sparked my passion for customer/employee experience, and it continues to influence how I work today. I care deeply about creating environments where employees feel supported, informed, and empowered to do their best work and I approach this with strong emotional intelligence, genuine care for people, and a commitment to taking initiative, staying curious and getting things done.My working style is pragmatic, collaborative, and outcomes oriented. I’m passionate about building processes that are both compliant and practical, and bringing clarity to complex spaces so teams can focus on what they do best.
