With over a decade of experience in grassroots, provincial, and high-performance sport, I thrive in roles that foster inclusion, engagement, and strategic growth. Key Experience & Expertise- Development & Administration: Led the expansion of women’s football in Ontario, increasing participation to 1,500+ athletes and managing key programming initiatives, creating EDI initiatives to celebrate diverse football community- Event Management: Spearheaded national and provincial events, including the 2023 U18 Women’s Tackle National Championship, 2024 Elite Flag National Championship and the Women’s Football Conference- Community & Partnerships: Built relationships with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders while supporting sponsorship activations and funding opportunities- Education & Leadership: Former French Immersion teacher and mentor, committed to creating opportunities for youth and underrepresented groups in sport- Public Speaking & Advocacy: Presented at the Grey Cup Festival, CFL Awards, SportsLine Podcast, Women in Sport Panels and other industry events to promote women’s achievements in football.
