About Emily Treanor
Experience: My first clinical placement was at The Royal Melbourne Hospital in inpatient rehabilitation where I worked alongside the OT to provide therapy for people who had a stroke, physical injury or functional decline. Following this experience, I was lucky enough to begin work as a casual Allied Health Assistant and worked in the acute and subacute settings in April 2021. In addition to working as an Allied Health Assistant, I have continued to work in retail for the past 5 years and to support myself during my studies. My particular interest areas include inpatient rehabilitation, aged care and disability.
