Hi There! I'm Emma.I am a committed, friendly, and hardworking administrative assistant with a passion for always providing excellent customer service, assessing where services can be improved and have taken a keen role into the environmental impacts of any business I work for as it's something we should all be collectively working towards. Within my various roles, I have dealt with customers’ enquiries and complaints face-to-face, over the phone and via email. I took a business from a compliance rating of 18% of 1SO14001: Environmental management system and helped them achieve an 100% pass rate and additional 3-year extension.My time working within client roles has taught me, that strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are essential. Also, Effective body language and eye contact are integral aspects of communication, equally important as words to express your thoughts and ideas. I recently moved into a new industry of serviced offices and now work within the public sector at The Royal Borough of Greenwich. In addition to this role, I still enjoy visiting museums and galleries and fell in love with the Sir John Soane Museum where I'm also a Visitor Assistant. Looking forward to connecting you with!
