About Emma Cox

I am a graduate from the University of Exeter, where I studied for my BA in French and Spanish. I have always had a busy extra-curricular life, and am keen to utilise these broad experiences in my new role. I love everything related to problem-solving, and am looking to deepen my interpersonal and creative skillset in a fast-paced, varied environment. I’ve spent the past year in Central and South America, developing my Spanish language skills and further educating myself in the history, politics, and culture of countries I studied throughout my degree. The lessons I have learnt on the ground, and the new approach to life I have gained as a result, drives and inspires me to continue pushing myself out of my comfort zone and achieve what I previously thought was out of my reach. This mindset follows me into my professional career, where no challenge is too big to tackle or problem too complex to solve. My charismatic personality and inclusive attitude shines through in my work, curated from years playing my part in leading a brilliant international team at St Edmund's College Summer School. I constantly look to bring my initiative and problem-solving skills to my work, and these married with my organisational skills create a formidable combination to get work done, going above and beyond expectations. I focus on nurturing my emotional intelligence alongside my logical mindset, approaching my work with a strategic and compassionate outlook, leading to my success in high-pressure situations.
