Programme involved engaging all 450 staff and included training, data collation, communications and influencing all departments. • Obtained BES 6001 certification for all readymix concrete plants - first in UK SPECIALITIES Sustainability, Sustainable construction, BIM, Resource Efficiency, Concrete, Commercial performance.
