I am currently working as a Merchant Success Specialist at Pinterest and have recently been awarded a Degree in Digital Design and Technology from DIT. I have a very keen interest in user experience and interaction design. I have previously worked as a Customer Experience professional with Homestay.com. I have excellent communication skills and am very personable. While maintaining focus on business goals in this position, I never lost sight of developing a maximised user-centred experience when it came to visual content. My combination of customer experience mixed with my current media role make me a valuable asset to any organisation. I have previously worked in the hotel and leisure Industry in an exciting and challenging role as 'Head of Photography' at Homestay.com. I worked with all of our photographers worldwide to manage and maintain the highest possible standard of imagery for our platform. Alongside that, I also maintained a close relationship with our hosts, making sure their CX is as seamless and delightful as possible when working with Photographers. I currently hold a HDip in Digital Marketing in Dublin Business School. I am thirsty for knowledge and I am delighted to be a part of an exciting industry. I love to learn and hope to further my skill set along the way.
