Ineffective management is estimated to be costing UK businesses over £19 billion per year in lost working hours Leaders are dealing with higher workload, expectations and demands in organisations and traditional management and leadership approaches often don’t work. I identify what’s needed to equip leaders with tools, strategies and approaches to navigate the needs of modern leadership. Through executive coaching and training we develop leaders who work smarter, not harder and creating better team dynamics and long-term retention of talent. Over the last 14 years I’ve supported hundreds of leaders in over 60 organisations to make a significant impact on leadership skills, thought processes and resilience (and it’s been fab!) I bring the strategic and operational experience to understand the pressures in real life and know how to make the impact that makes a difference across the company. Having adopted two girls means I live through trauma and additional needs. That's a powerful combination of personal and professional experience alongside knowledge of boundaries, resilience, psychology and neuroscience from doing the work I love and supporting the family needs. I get comments like “you’re not like normal coaches” (and I love that!). I also got these: Emma quickly got to the crux of the problem and helped me to put strategies in place.
