About Emma Marchant

A purpose-led consultant who helps organisations connect what they stand for, with how they show up - aligning customer, brand and stakeholder strategies to create clarity, trust and meaningful impact. With nearly 30 years' cross-sector experience spanning retail, technology, energy, and the not-for-profit world, I bring both strategic perspective and practical delivery. Using insight I help teams define a clear customer ambition and turn it into action through communication, behaviour and experience design. Highly adaptable and naturally collaborative, I thrive on building relationships that bring out the best in people and organisations. My work often involves facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and co-creating solutions that unite commercial goals with purpose. During my in-house career, I led award-winning customer, brand and community initiatives and developed a deep understanding of how purpose, people and performance connect. I now draw on that experience in my consultancy work, helping organisations strengthen their customer experience; brand strategy and stakeholder engagement. Recognised as being instinctively customer centric, with strong empathy and values, I bring energy to helping organisations align their ambitions and their people around what matters most. I love seeing initiatives take shape, teams gain capability and confidence - resulting in customers and stakeholder satisfaction.
