Background

About Emma Swope

I am a sophomore at Fordham University with a 3.9 GPA, pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Music and Marketing. Last spring, I interned at the Culture Theory, an A&R and facilitated works company. I worked closely with founder Jake Posner to analyze client catalogues and scout upcoming talent. During my time there, I learned a lot of valuable information about the inner workings of the music industry, along with how to facilitate communication between multiple fronts. I am currently interning at the Capitol Theatre located in Port Chester, NY. In this role I focus on marketing for the theatre- including but not limited to: content creation, research, copywriting, and outreach. In addition to my academic and professional experience, I am involved and hold leadership positions in various clubs on campus. This includes the Campus Activities Board and Relish (Fordham's first Music Multimedia Publication). Through these opportunities I have built my interpersonal relationships, marketing abilities, design skills, and much more.If you would like to reach out, please email ejs2@fordham.edu.
