Previously, I had the privilege of serving as a Training Lead at Blueboard, where I led the training and development initiatives for our operations team. In this role, I designed and implemented engaging learning programs and onboarding processes, utilizing various tools and platforms to ensure our team delivered rewarding experiences to clients and partners.
