Examples of my recent career highlights include: Enabled strong company growth (+21% CAGR) by building clear finance department structure as the CFO for CFM Materials. Extensive finance process improvement: streamlined monthly closing and reporting process to just 2 days and digitalized the AP process in both CFM Materials and Korry Saved up to $10M annually in unexpected costs, along with closing gaps, fixing process, and mitigating errors by reconciling, cleaning up, and structuring financial flows for tax and payroll for Safran USA. In addition to my professional credentials, I hold an MBA from ESSEC School of Business in France and a BS in mathematics from Warwick University in the UK.
