About Emmanuelle Bluon

Intimately convinced that Nature and in particular Biodiversity is our best ally to overcome current climate, social, food sovereignty (among others) global challenges threatening Human Beings, I have decided to take part of the plan. With a background in Finance, audit, internal control and compliance, I developed an expertise in risk management in the digital sector with a specific focus on extra-financial risks as well as on carbon net zero transformation. Through professional and personal experiences, in France and abroad, I had several epiphanies or tipping points which guided me to understand the interdependency and the dynamic between Nature and Human. The private sector, like governments, civil societies, financial institutions, NGOs, the scientific community… is part of equation to reduce pressure AND restaure/regenerate the natural world. However, acting alone won’t be succesful. We must develop cooperation between those actors and for private corporations, intra and intersectorial cooperation for a global performance and achievement. This is where I’m currently acting on.
