Has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of Civil Engineering having been employed by contractor, consultant and Local Authority in his career. Experienced as setting out engineer using setting out equipment GPS, Level and Total Station. Processing data in CAD and other surveying programmes. Has specific experience in motorway construction and design having spent over 2.5 years on Ireland’s largest Motorway Project to date the M3 Motorway. Specifically experienced in rail engineering and design. Setting out for rail track. Analysis and interpretation of design. Experienced on working on the Royhill Project which was over 350km of new rail construction in Western Australia. Experience in submitting and approving planning for domestic, industrial, rural and urban applications having worked with a consultancy submitting applications and the Local Authority in accepting them. Key experience in overseeing constructions works, following and implementing health and safety procedures, forming good working relationships and meeting objectives getting projects completed correctly, safely, on time and in budget.
