I have extensive experience in public procurement and the administration of both Design & Build and Traditional contracts. 12+ years working as a professional in the construction industry with comprehensive skills in Project Management.Projects are generally of varying scales and complexities and I have the ability and expertise to manage these at a detailed level or high level. I manage projects using a structured method including the use of pre-defined stages to ensure the project is and remains viable and desirable throughout the life of the project. I have undertaken the role of Employers Representative for the administration of the works contracts and have administered traditional client design and design and build contracts. I have also acted as lead designer on many projects in particular landscape/urban design of parks, open spaces and public realm projects from concept/feasibility to detailed design and construction. This includes the management of the design process through all stages of the project from initiation to planning through to detailing, executing and closing.
