About Eric Ayala

I’m a passionate choral music educator with a unique background that bridges the stage, the classroom, and the world of educational policy. With professional vocal performance experience and backstage work with Disney, I specialize in creating inclusive, high-impact music programs that empower every student to find their voice—literally and figuratively. Before teaching, I worked as a Front Desk Supervisor, Travel Specialist, Cast Choir member at the Disneyland Resort, where I earned multiple Top Performer awards for leadership, guest experience, and team development. That time instilled in me the magic of storytelling, service, and human connection—values I bring into every rehearsal and classroom. I hold a Master of Science in Education Law, with a focus on policy and student advocacy. This legal foundation gives me a deeper understanding of how school systems function—and how we can push them to do better for our students, especially in the arts. Today, I combine my skills as a teacher, performer, and advocate to speak, consult, and collaborate with schools and organizations who want to: Build stronger, more equitable music programs Navigate policy with clarity and compassion Reignite engagement through the arts If you’re looking for a voice in education that blends creativity, strategy, and heart, let’s connect.
