About Eric Bradford

Eric Bradford – People-Person Problem Solver Working closely with people to make their life better while supporting the goals and mission of NAU. My role as a Business Analyst has grown significantly over the past few years. I have tackled some high-profile projects and tasks for which I am very proud of. I have supported NAU’s National Student Clearinghouse reporting where compliance directly impacts the University’s Title IV funding. I worked with our International Education department to develop innovative ‘School of Record’ transcripts from China; a progressive approach to higher education as well as revenue generation. Finally, I’ve recently moved to an Enterprise Business Analyst team which has opened the doors to lead cross-divisional projects often serving as a Project Manager in addition to my Business Analyst Role. These significant projects and role advancement have instilled confidence in my ability to meet critical goals on tasks that require a blend of skillsets. But truly, people are what make it possible. Only with their knowledge, their skills, and their willingness to engage can any project meet with success. The ability to connect with people; those ‘soft skills’ often considered secondary, are what I see as indicators of success. Without them I would not be able to succeed. My Enterprise Business Analyst role is one of the most challenging yet rewarding jobs I’ve had during my 22 years at NAU. I feel like I have matured a Business Analyst as well as a human being. The next few years will provide new opportunities to use this maturity, this experience, to help others and make the world a better place. Maybe we will get to work together someday. I’d love the opportunity.
