About Eric Buenafe

An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, I started building my own businesses from scratch with little to know knowledge about the industry. I’ve spent the last 15 years learning everything there is to know about entrepreneurship and building a name in the business industry. Today I am the Chief Executive Officer of ECXperience and a certified entrepreneur with expertise in the contact center industry that helps businesses control and reduce business operational cost through efficient outsourcing. As a serial entrepreneur with 15 years’ experience, it has always been my vision to provide sustainable business solutions to organizations. And to do this I believe in ensuring the company’s leadership through maintaining a constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, being aware of opportunities for expansion, knowing your customer base on a personal level, market innovatively and, be updated in industry developments, and standards. But most importantly as a CEO and chairman running 3 companies, I believe treating your staff and employees as family is the most important aspect of running a successful business. Being a family man, a husband and a father to two wonderful boys, I always tell my employees ``Family First”. And that’s why outside of work, I'm always either with my family or driving my motorcycle.
