What do I do? My job is to manage projects and drive them in team/collaborative environment to make things happen. I like to work in a friendly, open and committed mood with team and partners and enjoy it pretty much. I truly believe that we can achieve big things & succeed having quite some fun this way. My Fields? Technology innovation, new businesses setup, Semiconductor, materials, advanced technology processes, product development, Industrialization. Some skills? Project and team management, innovation partnership, supply chain/ outsourcing setup, expertise in materials, process and advanced substrates products. How did I get there? Involved in the industry since 20 years, I developed through optical disc and semiconductor Processes manufacturing a significant expertise in product and process development. I took several positions as contributor (Process or product expert), project manager, and team manager, for the development and the industrialization of innovative products and processes in semiconductor High Volume Manufacturing environment. Working with worldwide technology leading customers and suppliers over Europe, US and Asia, I developed expertise (Process, material, quality system….), as well as project and team management skills and had some significant successes. Then I spent a few years to set up and manage partnership and innovation programs interacting with partners, Public authorities and industry associations for large R&D programs. I moved then quite logically to my current position to drive exciting new businesses development.
