During my career in companies, I have managed all legal matters within large industrial groups (Bouygues Offshore/Saipem SA/Entrepose Contracting/Vinci/CMA CGM) and mid-cap companies (ETI), including listed and/or family owned companies (CNIM, Groupe ECA), whether in the Oil & Gas, environment, energy, defence, high technology or transport & logistic sectors, in a French and international context, multi-cultural, multi-sectoral and with high economic stakes. My areas of expertise cover more specifically the following subjects: contract law (calls for tenders, complex legal arrangements, project financing, partnerships, contract management), company law (international locations, corporate operations, M&A, Universal Registration Document/"Document d'enregistrement universel", management and animation of governance bodies, initial public offering, takeover bid, relations with the French financial market authority "AMF", etc.).), risk management (definition of risk coverage strategy, risk mapping, underwriting and management of insurance programs and claims management), litigation/arbitration/mediation, intellectual property (trademarks, patents), compliance (Compliance Officer, Sapin 2 deployment, etc.).
