I have a strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the circular economy in a broader, societal context and always investigate myself how I can make the biggest impact herein. I have good communicative skills that help me in formulating a problem and structuring my argumentation. Furthermore, it helps me to understand what colleagues require from me and to let them know what I want from them. Because of my interest in people I developed by emphatic capabilities.
