About Eric Eden

I'm an organized, highly trained, motivated, creative thinker and dedicated leader. I have been trained by Zenger Folkmen in leadership skills and was rated in the 90% of top leadership effectiveness by Zenger Folkmen and my peers. I am focused on developing a world-class customer experience and culture by providing development plans, proper policies, QA systems, implement operational strategic goals, have appropriate incentives for performance, and getting rid of the fluff (e.g. unproductive meetings). I have a "just get it done" attitude with the goal to "just get it done right" I have experience developing and leading multiple teams across different locations with different focuses while maintaining company objectives and key results. I love to engage leads of other departments with the mindset on "how can I help?" I believe in taking care of our employees first and engaging them so they will engage and take care of our customers who in turn take care of our company. All with the Goal of pushing for improvement in processes and Individual/Group performance. I look forward to the opportunity to lead and leveraging my skills, training, and experience in any operation organization.
