About Eric Kaufmann

I help neurodivergent adults, like me, build executive function skills (EFs) to create the life they envision. My approach is individualized, holistic, and evidence-based. I work with my clients to establish organizational strategies, reduce procrastination, and uncover a true understanding of their unique EF strengths and growth areas. As a certified educational therapist and executive function coach, my method is action-oriented. Every session aligns with each client’s highest goals, breaking them down into practical steps while developing EF skills. By the end of each session, clients leave with a clear, achievable micro-goal—a meaningful target to hit before we meet again. My mission is to empower neurodivergent adults to create their dream life through executive function coaching. The long-term goal is to thrive independently in the 'real world'. Outside of coaching, you can find me surfing, snowboarding, or exploring the outdoors.
