Serenity.I’ve had a few ups and downs in life.As a retired Army Psychological Operations Colonel, I’ve had the opportunity to develop leadership skills over two decades, including 17 years in U.S. Army Special Operations. I’ve been humbled to lead and train organizations of up to 265 people in 16 countries on five continents and develop training and policy for organizations of up to people. I’ve been involved in a South American hostage rescue, am an Eagle Scout, and love complex board games.I’ve also struggled with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, PTSD, and fear of inadequacy, leading to recovery from workaholism, addiction, and suicidal ideation. While I was successful at work, I was miserable in my relationships with family and friends. I was stricken with fear and isolation while lacking the vulnerability to get help. This almost (literally) killed me. After working with a coach and mentor, I realized my values, was fulfilled in my relationships, and even got promoted at work. Best of all, I had fulfillment and serenity.As a result, I became a leadership strategist and coach. My purpose is to ensure that high-performing professionals can reach the next level or return to productive careers after an impactful absence, such as rehabilitation or healthcare treatment. Most importantly, it's that they can do this while aligning what's important in their lives. I do this using my International Coach Federation-certified coach training and the reintegration program I built from the ground up to serve high performers, their leaders, and their teams.My range of leadership experiences and personal challenges make me a well-rounded resource for helping any professional take the next step or work through the pain of the day-to-day struggle.
